Katanga Mining Completes Continuance to the Yukon Territory

ZUG, SWITZERLAND, August 31, 2011 – Katanga Mining Limited (TSX: KAT) (“Katanga” or the “Company”) announced today that it has been continued to the Yukon Territory effective August 31, 2011. The continuance of Katanga into the Yukon Territory was approved by Katanga's shareholders at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 4, 2011.
