ZUG, SWITZERLAND, September 28, 2011 – Katanga Mining Limited (TSX: KAT) ("Katanga" or the "Company") announced today that, in order to focus on his other commitments, Mr. Steven Isaacs has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors effective as of September 27, 2011.
